The Opportunity

A leading commercial practice is seeking a mid\-level lawyer to join its growing finance\-focused team in Sydney. This role provides exposure to a diverse range of transactional and advisory matters, offering variety and strong technical development. The opportunity is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys solving complex issues and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a broad range of corporate and finance matters, including structured finance, secured lending, and funds\-related transactions.

• Advise on asset and receivables financing, property and construction finance, and regulatory compliance.

• Support clients across multiple sectors with practical, commercially\-focused legal solutions.

• Manage matters independently while collaborating closely with the team.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, high\-quality service.

Candidate Profile:

• 2–6 years’ post\-qualification experience in banking and finance, commercial, and/or property law within a reputable firm.

• Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent client service focus and professional resilience.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
