The Opportunity

Our client is an established legal practice seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its growing Property team. This role offers meaningful exposure to high\-quality work and close collaboration with senior practitioners in a supportive, down\-to\-earth environment.

You will work alongside experienced partners who are committed to hands\-on mentoring and the ongoing development of their team. The practice is structured to provide strong support, with access to junior lawyers, graduates, and dedicated property support staff, allowing you to focus on substantive legal work while continuing to build your expertise.

The team values collaboration, approachability, and professional growth, and encourages lawyers to take ownership of matters while being supported at every stage of their career.

About You

You will ideally bring:

• Approximately 3 or more years’ post\-admission experience
  


• A background in commercial property law with sound working knowledge of NSW property law in particular and a genuine interest in building a long\-term career in the area
  


• Experience acting on property acquisitions and disposals
  


• Exposure to complex property transactions across public and private sector clients
  


• Experience managing transactions electronically, including via PEXA
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  


• A proactive, team\-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem\-solving
