The Opportunity

We are looking for 1-4 PQE Lawyers to join our highly successful Corporate practice group. We act for an incredibly diverse client base, helping them with a broad range of needs including sale and purchase of businesses, shareholder agreements, share buy-backs, business structuring, loans, corporate governance and general commercial contracts.

This position is ideal for a junior to mid-level lawyer with developing or already established corporate law expertise. You should have experience in efficiently managing workflows and projects in a fast paced, high volume environment, and effectively communicating with clients.
