About you






To be considered for this role you will have completed your law degree and be admitted, or due to be admitted, in Australia. Prior experience is desirable but not a requirement.







Your strong work ethic and drive to consistently provide outstanding service in a timely manner will be highly regarded.







In addition, the ideal candidate will possess:







  • Strong time management skills

  • The ability to manage a varied workload

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A can-do attitude with a team-based approach to work

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • The ability to manage short turnaround times





Your role






This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior lawyer to join the Melbourne office, producing quality work for quality clients. Their teams work together to provide outstanding service to their clients, in an uplifting and collegiate environment. 







Your role will involve:







  • File management, including managing deadlines

  • Drafting statements of claim and other documents

  • Drafting court documents

  • Ad-hoc court appearances

  • Conducting legal research
