Commercial and Property Lawyer

Boutique firm based in Sydney’s CBD with a professional friendly work ethic, based upon strong long lasting client relationships is looking for a junior lawyer with the below skill set. The practice is  known in the areas of Administrative Law, Litigation, Commercial Law and Estate matters.
 
Focused on drafting and preparing commercial contracts. The commercial side of the practice handles property, commercial leasing, corporate and transactional matters with an estimated annual transactional value in excess of of $50m. 

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be mentored directly by a Managing Partner and will work with our growing commercial team.
 
Basic Requirements
 

• Experience in commercial matters, in particular preparation and review of commercial contracts which include shareholders agreements, business sale agreements
• Able to handle property conveyancing and leasing matters 
• Client interaction skills 
• Ability to run your own files

Must have full working rights within Australia and hold Permanent Residency or Citizenship

You will be given a lock door office with a view of Sydney's CBD as well as all the tools necessary to do your job well. As a family friendly office, our Managing Partner is also open to working from home arrangements during school holidays - subject to negotiation.
