• Special Counsel – Professional Indemnity (with personal injury exposure)
  




• Junior Lawyer / Associate – 1–4 PQE (Personal Injury focus)
  

This is not a traditional private practice environment. The structure is designed so lawyers can concentrate on litigation, strategy and client outcomes — without fee budgets, billing pressure or business development expectations.

The Practice

The team handles a steady pipeline of:

• Professional indemnity disputes spanning a range of professions
  




• Personal injury and liability claims
  




• Litigated matters across multiple jurisdictions
  




• Advisory work requiring strategic and commercial judgement
  

Lawyers are closely involved in matters from commencement through to resolution, including court appearances and direct engagement with insured clients.
