Lawyer, Professional Indemnity Litigation

A quasi\- in house insurance and litigation practice in Brisbane is seeking talented lawyers to join their well\-established team across multiple levels:

• Special Counsel: Extensive professional indemnity experience required. Lead high\-value, complex matters, provide strategic advice, and mentor junior lawyers.
  




• Junior Solicitors / Associates (2–5 years PQE): Hands\-on exposure to insurance litigation, assisting on claims, advisory matters, and litigation support, with guidance from senior practitioners.
  

• Advise clients on insurance and professional indemnity matters
  




• Manage matters from start to finish, liaising with clients, insurers, and Counsel
  




• Draft and negotiate key documentation and settlement agreements
  




• Support and mentor junior team members (for senior roles)
  




• Work within a collaborative, high\-performing environment
  

• Qualified lawyers with relevant PQE depending on role
  




• Strong analytical, drafting, and client\-facing skills
  




• Commercially minded and able to manage files with autonomy
