A quasi\- in house insurance and litigation practice in Brisbane is seeking talented lawyers to join their well\-established team across multiple levels:
Special Counsel: Extensive professional indemnity experience required. Lead high\-value, complex matters, provide strategic advice, and mentor junior lawyers.
Junior Solicitors / Associates (2â5 years PQE): Hands\-on exposure to insurance litigation, assisting on claims, advisory matters, and litigation support, with guidance from senior practitioners.
Advise clients on insurance and professional indemnity matters
Manage matters from start to finish, liaising with clients, insurers, and Counsel
Draft and negotiate key documentation and settlement agreements
Support and mentor junior team members (for senior roles)
Work within a collaborative, high\-performing environment
Qualified lawyers with relevant PQE depending on role
Strong analytical, drafting, and client\-facing skills
Commercially minded and able to manage files with autonomy
