Job Description - LE Sales Executive

Lead and manage complex projects with diverse scope. Resolve complex issues using expert knowledge. Drive global process improvements and efficiencies. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices. Monitor and enhance business performance metrics. Contributes to global process optimization and operational efficiency initiatives. Drives new business acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities. Oversees full sales lifecycle: discovery, solution alignment, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close. Collaborates with internal stakeholders including Product, Risk, Legal, Finance, Implementation, and Global Sales teams. Operates in highly ambiguous and competitive environments. Manages multi-layered decision-making structures within enterprise merchants. Revenue quota attainment. Pipeline health and conversion performance. Successful execution of enterprise-level agreements. Contribution to process and performance improvements. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Build and maintain strategic C-level relationships within key merchant organizations. Develop and execute account plans and strategies to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. Conduct executive-level discovery to identify merchant value drivers and strategic priorities. Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements. Lead end-to-end sales execution and deliver against assigned quota. 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or complex commercial roles. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
