Hourly Rate: $34.51–$39.24 (WT 4A.1 to 4.3) 

Busy Bees at Kilburn is seeking an experienced Lead Educator to guide high-quality practice and support our team in delivering exceptional care and education. 

About the Role 

• Lead the delivery of engaging programs aligned with the EYLF 

• Mentor and guide educators to ensure high-quality practice 

• Support documentation, planning, and assessments 

• Build strong relationships with families and colleagues 

• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment 

• Support centre compliance and continuous improvement 

What You’ll Need 

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) 

• Proven experience as a Lead Educator 

• Valid SA Working with Children Check (Employee) 

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis 

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting 

• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS 

• Leadership and communication skills 

• Australian working rights
