About the role

As a Lead Educator, you will design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that reflect childrens interests and embed the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS) into daily practice.

You will mentor and coach educators in your room, fostering reflective practice and professional growth, and play a key role in the services Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

This role also involves building strong partnerships with families and the local community to create inclusive and meaningful learning experiences. Your input will be valued in shaping curriculum and ensuring every child thrives.

What you bring

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
  • Minimum 12 months experience leading a room or team in an Australian early learning context
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the planning cycle
  • Confidence in mentoring colleagues and engaging families
