Job Description

Do you thrive on creating “wow” moments, leading with empathy, and making sure every guest feels like a VIP? If you’re ready to be the captain of guest happiness and the heartbeat of our front office, we want you aboard our Treasure Island crew!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the first and friendliest face our guests see—greeting everyone by name (where possible!) and making every arrival and departure seamless and special.
  • Master the art of multi-tasking: from answering phones, managing bookings, and juggling check-ins.
  • Wave your magic wand to resolve guest requests and complaints—no request is too big, too small, or too quirky!
  • Provide clear, friendly communication with your team and other departments, ensuring every shift runs like clockwork.
  • Lead by example: help train and support new team members, and keep the good vibes rolling with your empathetic leadership style.

What you will bring:

  • A customer-first attitude—nothing is too much trouble for you!
  • Experience in hotels or resorts, especially in front office, reception, or reservations (you know your way around a booking system).
  • An empathetic, supportive approach to leading and supporting your team.
  • A knack for efficiency, professionalism, and keeping cool when the phones are ringing and the guests are lining up.
  • The flexibility to pitch in with new tasks or take on any challenge management throws your way.
