As a Salesforce Lead Developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and customization of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

In addition to development responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to pilot and evaluate new Salesforce features and functionalities. This involves assessing their potential value and impact on the organization, collaborating with stakeholders, and implementing pilot plans.

Reporting to Chapter Lead and working closely with Technology Delivery Managers, Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, Test Leads and Product Owners.

Important to your success - let's grow together  

In order to be successful in the role, you will have the following:

• Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable.
• deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and extensive experience in leading and implementing Salesforce integrations and solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce declarative features and configuration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Familiarity with source control tools like Git.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
• Proven experience in piloting and evaluating new features or technologies.
