We are partnering with one of Australia’s largest Salesforce teams as we look to bring a Lead Salesforce Technical Architect into the team. Working alongside a Salesforce CTA and other senior leadership team members, you will lead and oversee the implementation of complex Salesforce solutions with strategic clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical conversations with customers and provide best practice knowledge and experience across Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Provide leadership in the architecture domain to ensure effective governance and implementation of business design architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with the overall enterprise architecture and security requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to Salesforce best practices

Requirements:

• 10+ years of development and architecture experience, with a minimum of 3 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect
• Proficiency in strategic planning and roadmap development for Salesforce solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform nuances, including architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilities.
• Experience crafting impactful to-be architectures and solutions for businesses and end-users.
• Profound grasp of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and project management principles.
• Ability to adeptly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications, including Certified System and Application Architect
