On the hunt for a technical lead, who can demonstrate hands on experience, leadership skills and collaboration across the business.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain market connectivity and trading infrastructure.
• Enhance operational resilience using modern DevOps practices.
• Build and optimize event-driven architectures supporting trading and research workflows.
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, and operations teams to refine and evolve desk systems.
• Monitor, support, and continuously improve existing systems for performance and reliability.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Implementing frameworks and event-sourcing solutions for trading and data processing.
• Ensuring system redundancy and stability across real-time environments.
• Applying engineering best practices to enhance scalability and fault tolerance.
• Taking ownership of issues, troubleshooting in production, and driving long-term fixes.
• Sharing knowledge and ideas within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.

About You:

• 8-10 years of software development experience in Java (A bonus if experienced in Python too) along with team leadership experience.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and event-driven design.
• Experience with CQRS, event sourcing, or distributed frameworks.
• Familiar with Docker, AWS, Airflow, InfluxDB, or Grafana.
• A proactive problem-solver who thrives in leading collaborative and high-performance teams.
