About the Role
As our Lead Veterinarian, you'll combine hands-on clinical work with leadership responsibilities, helping shape the future of the clinic!
You'll:
Deliver exceptional patient care across a varied caseload
Perform consultations and routine surgeries=
Lead and inspire a passionate clinical team
Help improve clinic operations and patient outcomes
Build lasting relationships with clients and the local community
Champion high standards of veterinary medicine
About You
We're looking for someone who
Holds a BVSc (or equivalent) and is eligible for Queensland registration
Has 3+ years' experience in small animal practice
Is confident in both consulting and surgery
Has leadership experience or is ready to step into a Lead Veterinarian role
Is comfortable with sole charge
Enjoys mentoring and supporting colleagues
Brings a positive, collaborative approach to team culture
