The role

Lead a capable, down to earth team of vets and nurses in a supportive setting. Set the clinical tone, shape how we work, and keep standards high without the chaos. You will have structure around you and room to keep growing.

About you

• Veterinarian with 5+ years of clinical experience and Australian registration or eligibility

• Ready to guide, coach and lift those around you, or keen to step up with mentoring

• Clear communicator who does what is best for the patient and the client
