Your New Role
The Leadership Support Officer supports the Assistant Principal and Leadership Team has a key role to play at the planning and operational level of the support function and supporting learning and teaching activities of our school. In these matters, this position works closely with and is responsible to the Assistant Principal. This position needs to be adaptable and able to cope with change and unexpected events as they arise. Additionally the Leadership Support Officer communicates effectively for all stakeholders, uses discretion and judgement to plan and organise their work and the work of others, is able to problem solve and displays expertise to making decisions.
