• $40ph-$45ph + Super + Vehicle
• Work on major Sydney infrastructure projects
• A subcontractor on the road to becoming a principle
• Career progression to Supervisor within 6-12 months

The Opportunity

Step into a unique 2IC role, showcasing your skills in a successful civil construction team.

Progress to Supervisor within 6-12 months, working closely with a seasoned  Project Manager.

An opportunity to work on one of Sydney’s largest infrastructure projects!!

Your Role:

• Read and interpret plans
• Manage a team of 5-10 staff and subcontractors
• Operate Machines
• Conduct toolbox talks
• Delegate duties
• Liaise with clients
• Report into the Supervisor
• Meet time frames and budgets
• Safety implementation
• Quality control

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• 2-3 years experience working for a Tier 3 civil contractor
• Machine Operating Tickets
• Driver’s License
