About the Role
We’re seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner to support Southern Operations Mining, based in Bunbury. Reporting to the L&D Lead – Mining, this role partners with leaders to build capability, lift performance and deliver practical learning solutions aligned to operational priorities.
You’ll work closely with site leaders to identify capability gaps and translate them into targeted development plans across operational and technical training. The role is hands‑on, delivering classroom, on‑the‑job and digital learning, while designing and adapting fit‑for‑purpose solutions that meet real workforce and site needs.
You’ll coordinate training plans, schedules and records, manage LMS administration, and support site and regional initiatives including SAP and Operational Excellence programs. A strong focus on compliance, data and continuous improvement underpins the role – tracking training effectiveness, maintaining audit‑ready learning systems and using insights to continuously strengthen learning outcomes across site teams.
