Learning & Development Coordinator

What You’ll Be Doing 

• Coordinating and delivering our group-wide induction program for new starters 

• Managing onboarding schedules, sessions, and system access across departments 

• Supporting the design and delivery of engaging L&D content and resources 

• Liaising with department leaders to ensure onboarding aligns with team needs 

• Tracking attendance, feedback, and outcomes to improve future onboarding 

• Assisting with the coordination of company-wide training initiatives and development sessions 

• After induction support 

What You’ll Bring 

• Experience in administration, training coordination or onboarding support 

• Excellent communication and time management skills 

• A proactive, organised approach with great attention to detail 

• Confidence working across teams and juggling multiple priorities 

• A passion for helping others succeed and a knack for creating positive first impressions 

• Tech savvy – comfortable with scheduling tools, LMS platforms and Microsoft Office
