The Opportunity
Join TCorp's People & Business Services team for a max term contract as our Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist, where you'll play a key role in shaping capability, leadership development and employee experience across the organisation.
This role is suited to an experienced L&D professional who enjoys balancing strategic capability initiatives with hands on program delivery. This is a unique opportunity to influence learning and capability outcomes across one of Australia's leading public sector financial institutions. You'll work closely with leaders, subject matter experts, executive coaches and external learning providers to deliver impactful development initiatives that support business performance and employee growth. You'll also play a critical role in managing TCorp's Learning Management System (LMS) (SuccessFactors), leveraging data and insights to drive improvements, and exploring digital and AI-enabled solutions that enhance learning outcomes.
This is a 12-to-15-month parental leave cover maximum-term employment opportunity to commence in late October 2026.
