Lead, inspire, and support a dynamic L&D team Champion the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the Learning Management System Take ownership as the go-to escalation point for all training & LMS queries Collaborate with subject-matter experts to craft engaging, modern training content Facilitate workshops, onboarding, and development programs that people actually enjoy Provide insights, reporting and data that help shape the learning strategy Drive smarter processes, better systems, and continuous improvement across L&DIf you love variety, creativity, problem-solving and making learning stick, you'll thrive here.
What you'll need to succeed You're someone who brings energy, curiosity, and genuine passion for developing people. You'll also have:
- Leadership experience within an L&D or training setting
- At least 4 years in Learning & Development (instructional design included!)
- Strong facilitation skills, face-to-face or virtual
- Solid LMS experience and confidence managing workflows & user records
- Experience building eLearning using modern authoring tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder building capability
- Relevant qualification
Bonus points if you've worked with Articulate, Camtasia, the VET sector, HR teams, or have industry knowledge - but it's not essential.
