Remote WFH for Australian locals.
Daily rate of $850

Role Summary:
As a Learning Content Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain engaging learning experiences in various formats, including digital and instructor-led. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing cost-effective, timely, and high-quality learning initiatives
• Managing stakeholder expectations and development requests
• Creating training materials using various authoring tools
• Continuously improving learning materials, methodology, and processes
• Ensuring quality assurance and deploying content in LMS
• Staying up-to-date with the latest content development approaches, tools, and modalities
• Maintaining a learning catalogue with relevant materials, regulations, and best practices

Key Focus Areas:

• Building engaging and informative learning experiences
• Collaborating across teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company goals
• Establishing positive relationships with SMEs and partners
• Finding innovative ways to produce scalable content
• Using agile methodology to manage content projects
• Analyzing course evaluations to improve training content and effectiveness

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining training materials
• Proficient in:
• eLearning development software (Articulate or similar)
• eLearning programming specifications (SCORM, AICC, Tin Can API)
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Strong skills in:
• Communication (written, verbal, interpersonal)
• eLearning course creation and design
• Adult learning and instructional design principles
• Organization and time management
• Ability to:
• Work collaboratively and independently
• Handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Work with minimal supervision
