Learning Operations Lead: The Architect of Impact
The Opportunity
Are you a master of operational excellence who loves turning complex data into compelling stories?
We are looking for a Learning Operations Lead to become the engine room of our Learning & Capability (L&C) team at WorkSafe Victoria. This is a newly created, pivotal role for a strategic operator who understands that great learning outcomes are built on a foundation of seamless systems, robust governance, and insightful data.
As a member of our L&C leadership team, you won’t just be "keeping the lights on." You will be the operational backbone, ensuring our core learning teams are empowered to deliver high-impact learning that makes a tangible difference to our people and the Victorian community.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape the operational maturity of Victoria’s Health & Safety Regulator and Workers Compensation Insurer. You’ll be joining a team that is currently scaling its impact and embracing innovative ways of working. If you are a high-level operator looking for a role where your technical expertise in systems and data will directly enable a better, safer, and more capable workforce, we want to hear from you.
