Employment Type: Full-Time (Includes Some Weekend Work in Lieu of Weekdays)
Location: North of the River (Assisting across our 3 locations - Ballajura, Butler & Yanchep)

About the Role:

As a Leasing Agent, you will work alongside our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to introduce new clients and landlords to our business. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of leasing rental properties and providing essential administrative support. This role offers opportunities for growth into a Business Development Officer (BDO) or a Property Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Introduce and onboard new clients and landlords
• Manage all aspects of leasing rental properties
• Provide administrative support to the BDM's
• Conduct property viewings and inspections
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Ensure properties are marketed effectively
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Must have own car
• Very well presented
• Strong communication skills
• A 'people person' who enjoys interacting with others
• Ideally some understanding of property management or real estate experience
• Property Management or sales representative registration (or willingness to obtain)
