The Role:
Reporting directly to the Senior Property Manager, you will be the face of a high-touch portfolio. Working amongst a team with a reputation for impeccable service, this is a diverse and fast-paced role with plenty of support, structure and systems to help scope your career to its full capacity. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open-for-inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties 

The Candidate:

• A valid NSW real estate licence/certificate of registration
• A NSW driver's licence and reliable, well-presented vehicle
• Exceptional communication skills and a professional phone manner
• Excellent organisational and time management proficiency
• Capability to operate effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Immaculate personal presentation
• A confident, hard-working individual with a can-do attitude
