Our client is a large boutique real estate office located in the heart of Sydney's affluent Double Bay. Comprising of an award-winning sales and property management team, they continue to find new and better ways to help their clients achieve outstanding results.
Due to internal changes, we are now searching for a Leasing Consultant to join their team. As their Leasing Consultant, you will be meeting prospective clients and matching them to their next home, managing the process alongside their Property Management and New Business team.
Daily Duties: - Leasing available properties
- Liaising with landlords regarding their properties and the leasing processes
- Reference checking applications
- Guiding tenants regarding lease start dates and lease sign up's
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Ensuring properties are ready for market
- Database management
- Marketing available properties for lease
The Person: - Previous Real Estate experience highly advantageous
- Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
- Positive attitude and solid work ethic is a must
- Have a valid drivers license and working car
- Be a strong communicator
- Have a solid ability to prioritise time and familiar with diary management
