The Role: - Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
- Organise keys for rental properties
- Process tenancy applications and service requests from tenants and ensure prompt response to all inquiries
- Liaise with the Property Managers to approve applications
- Liaise with current tenants to organise suitable times for inspections
- Assisting with advertising and marketing of properties
- Book and carry out Routine Inspections
- Managing rental enquiries via email & phone
About You: - Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate license
- Current Australian Driver’s License and vehicle
- Previous Real Estate experience is essential
- Impeccable Presentation
- Responsible & Reliable
- Excellent Time Management
- Work well under pressure
- Be available every Saturday
- Must live within close proximity to the Eastern Suburbs
- Full working rights in Australia
