If you are a hardworking, highly organized individual who has their sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this could be your chance! You will be efficient, precise, and attentive. On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include:
- Conducting Open Homes & Inspections
- Maintaining and Developing client relationships
- Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
- Processing Applications
- Ad hoc administration duties to support the Property Management Department
The Candidate:A current Certificate of Registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. You will have previous industry experience in a Leasing capacity. We are seeking an individual with:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High communication both written & verbal
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great customer service skills
- A strong work ethic
