The Role:

We are looking for a leasing consultant to assistant to join a team of rare and incredible property managers to continue to deliver the service that has seen our client awarded the number 1 property management team in the country two years running .

You will be an integral part of the Property Management Team and tasks would include but not be limited to: 

• Conducting Open homes
• Managing online property listings
• Processing of applications
• Entry reports
• Responding to enquiries 

  
About You

• A desire for a long term career in Real Estate
• Current Drivers License
• Current QLD real estate certificate
• Ability to work a rotational Saturday
• A willingness to learn and work as part of a friendly team
• A very high level of personal presentation
• Exceptional people skills – friendly, helpful and proactive
• Very good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
• The ability and a willingness to take ownership of the role and extend its value in our business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
