The Role:

We are looking for a leasing consultant to assistant to join a team of rare and incredible property managers to continue to deliver the service that has seen our client awarded the number 1 property management team in the country two years running .

You will be an integral part of the Property Management Team and tasks would include but not be limited to:

Conducting Open homes
Managing online property listings
Processing of applications
Entry reports
Responding to enquiries

About You

A desire for a long term career in Real Estate
Current Drivers License
Current QLD real estate certificate
Ability to work a rotational Saturday
A willingness to learn and work as part of a friendly team
A very high level of personal presentation
Exceptional people skills – friendly, helpful and proactive
Very good attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
The ability and a willingness to take ownership of the role and extend its value in our business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A happy and helpful personality
