Reporting to the General Counsel



The role


As a Leasing Paralegal, you will be reporting to the General Counsel. Duties include checking all leasing documentation, preparation of Disclosure Documents, Franchising Agreements, Deeds for review by lawyers, preparation of draft Lessor Disclosure Statements and Premises Licences, drafting correspondence, answering queries from other parties, arranging sign off of approvals and execution of documents, maintaining on line legal files and general administration duties.



Your Experience


You will have a minimum of 1 years Leasing Paralegal or Leasing Legal Assistant experience. Franchising experience is not essential. You will also be confident in liaising with stakeholders and have excellent communication skills.



The company


National Company working at the Corporate Head office. Close to public transport. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (up to $70,000 plus super).
