The Role As a Leave Support Loss Adjuster, you will manage claims for internal and external adjusters on leave, ensuring continuity, timely progression, and clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and progress claims across adjuster portfolios
- Review files, documentation, and outstanding actions
- Communicate with insureds, brokers, insurers, and contractors
- Prepare reports with recommendations and coordinate expert input
- Maintain accurate claim records and comply with SLAs and regulations
- Identify risks or urgent issues and escalate appropriately
- Provide updates on portfolio progress to managers
About You You are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are a strong communicator, analytical, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple claims independently.
Requirements & Skills:
- Claims handling or loss adjusting experience
- Strong organisation, communication, and report-writing skills
- Attention to detail and knowledge of compliance requirements
- Ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Empathetic, positive, and professional approach
- Current Australian or New Zealand working rights
Preferred: Loss adjusting or relevant professional qualifications
