Legal Assistant

Leading national law firm with stunning waterfront CBD offices. Support a Partner in a mix of advisory and litigation construction law matters.

The Role

As a Legal Assistant, you will definitely enjoy variety in your day supporting a Construction Law Partner and his team. This role assists on a mix of advisory construction matters as well as construction law disputes. Your duties will include:

• Drafting routine correspondence
• Preparing and amending a mix of contractual documents as well as court documents and briefs
• Diary management
• Dealing with clients
• Monthly billing
• General legal secretarial and administrative tasks as required.

You

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years previous legal assistant or legal secretary experience. Due to the nature of the role, you will also be diligent, with high attention to detail and strong time management.

The Law Firm / Salary

National Law Firm. Attractive salary on offer, dependent upon experience.
