As the experienced Legal Assistant you are, your expertise will catapult you into this enriching role, providing pivotal support at the Partner level within their esteemed Property team. Your proactive, "can-do" spirit will seamlessly integrate you into their close-knit unit. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass, but won't be confined to:
- Complex file management
- Preparation of contracts, legal documents, and correspondence
- Calendar management
- Executing comprehensive property searches
- Client liaison
To thrive in this exceptional opportunity, you'll need at least 2 years of Legal Assistant experience, ideally focused on property law. Those with experience supporting Lawyers in other areas of law will also be considered
Your prowess in communication, document administration, and organisational finesse will set you apart, along with your adeptness at managing responsibilities at multiple levels. Proficiency using PEXA will be advantageous.
