About the Role
Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, marketing collateral and assisting with policy reviews and training materials
• Working closely with the Head of Legal, Risk and Compliance and other functional heads
• Providing accurate and timely legal advice concerning the business's investment management activities, regulatory affairs, corporate transactions, litigation, investigations, corporate administration, business operations and governance matters

About You
You have:

• Relevant legal qualifications and current practising certificate
• Between 2-7PQE with experience within the funds management space or broader banking and finance legal experience
