Legal Counsel - Technology

Provide legal advice and support to the business and management on various legal issues related to business operations including security, intellectual property, privacy, data protection and competition law Work closely with the business including providing legal training Provide advice on and help manage litigation and disputes Be qualified to practice law in Australia with 6+ years' PQE in a top to medium tier law firm with in-house or secondment experience Be fluent in English and eligible to work in Australia Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Have good time management and organisational skills and be able to work proactively within tight time frames in a fast-paced environment Be collaborative and well-rounded with great interpersonal skills Have good business and commercial acumen The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
