YOUR NEW ROLE
As a highly valued KEY person in the firm reporting to the delightful talented Practice Manager, in this unique DUAL role, you will be BOTH the first voice/front face (as receptionist) AND legal office administrator. Specifically, you will be involved in:
- attending to all incoming phone calls and meeting/greeting clients+ mail ;
- general office administration/operations (office supplies/meeting room set-up);
- IT/systems administration;
- assisting with accounts [billing/debt collection];
- Marketing (social media, newsletters,Hubspot,lead generation)+ Events Management;
- Document preparation (scanning/printing/photocopying/binding);
- Occasional back-up admin support to lawyers as required.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 2+ years (or MORE) proven experience in a secretarial/office administration/receptionist role ;
- have preferably worked in a law firm or other professional services firms (eg accounting/financial/engineering/medical/business consulting);
- have strong organizational/task prioritisation+ communication+ customer service skills;
- love + thrive in a fast-moving deadline driven environment engaging in multiple tasks;
- are results and details focused+ adaptable;
- [ESSENTIAL] have strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) + IT/tech/social media savvy;
- are confident+ proactive + professionally presented;
