Legal Secretary - Defendant Insurance Litigation - Urgent Hire

This leading team of specialists work closely with a number of Australia’s largest insurance companies and state bodies. They have extensive experience in insurance claims, royal commissions and recoveries and have been key players in many high profile and multi-million dollar matters.

With business booming, the team are now seeking to employ an intermediate level Insurance Litigation Secretary with experience on the Defendant side, to be the latest addition to their firm. In this role you will provide support to a close-knit team who specialise in Insurance Litigation matters, including a Partner. Your daily duties will include:

* Client liaison
* File management
* Drafting documentation and correspondence 
* Dictaphone typing
* Diary management
* Travel co-ordination
* Telephone attendance
* Monthly billing

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess previous experience in Insurance Litigation – Defendant matters. A strong, working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, fast and accurate typing (min 65 wpms), excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude could see you secure this opportunity.
