Legal Secretary - Hiring Immediately

Simonidis Steel Lawyers is a well established and recognised leading Family Law Firm in Brisbane CBD who pride ourselves on offering high level service to each of our clients, striving to achieve the best outcome.

We are seeking a confident, motivated Legal Secretary to join our team. 

Duties include :

• Drafting correspondence and documents;
• Preparing court documents, briefs and disclosure documents;
• Taking phone calls and managing diaries;
• Opening files and general administrative duties

We seek an applicant that:

• Has experience as a legal secretary preferably within family law;
• Has excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Is able to manage and prioritise their workload;
• Is motivated and works well in a team environment.
