About the Role:
We are seeking a secretary supporting a Director and a Senior Associate.
In this role you will be responsible for and not limited to: - Leasing
- Residential settlements, not conveyancing
- Using PEXA property exchange
- Administration support
To be successful you will need: - Have at least 3 years experience in a similar role within Property Law
- Strong Administration skills in MS office and PEXA
- Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
- Be ambitious, organised, efficient and self-motivated.
- Flexibility, initiative and a willingness to learn.
