Job Description:
As a Level 1 IT Support Engineer at Digital Dynamics, you'll be at the forefront of providing technical support to our clients. Reporting to our Senior Technology Specialist, your main responsibilities include resolving incidents and service requests on client PCs, servers, networks, and applications. You'll manage tickets efficiently, troubleshoot IT issues, and oversee end-user computing tasks. Additionally, you'll administer Microsoft Azure AD, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 services. Your role is crucial in ensuring effective communication and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
