You can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience in L2 Application Support via the front-end as an expert user.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken)
  • You also have working knowledge of ITIL
  • SQL knowledge advantageous

A day in the life…

Our Level 2 Support Analysts are responsible for providing extraordinary customer service in line with the Civica Values. They provide application support for products and services produced by Civica in agreement to defined service levels.

This role will support the Education products, working in different modules like Student Administration, Timetabling, Attendance, Academic Reporting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, and many others. You will be working and interacting with fantastic customers and inspirational internal teams and leaders.

Your goal is to become an expert user/administrator in the Civica Education Suite system and working collaboratively with internal and external groups, assisting our customers to resolve any difficulties or questions when using our systems.

You understand the importance of record keeping, so will collate information and maintain up-to-date knowledge, documentation, and configuration records.

You will be supported by experienced teams in a hybrid work environment.
