Level 2 Operator

We are currently looking for a Level 2 plant operator to join our Preston team.

What you’ll be doing

• Co-ordinate work in a team environment
• Responsible for quality standards
• Provide direction and guidance to other employees including the ability to assist in the provision of on-the-job training and induction
• Perform duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and instructions
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment
• Licensed forklift driver (must be required to operate more than twenty hours per week)

Indicative tasks include

• General cleaning
• Operation of one or more machines (where required)
• Leo operator – including printer set-up and operation
• Pulper operator
• The safe and efficient movement and storage of all finished products from the machines within the plant area and warehouse
