We are working with a leading insurer to source an underwriter or senior underwriter with exceptional deal making capabilities and strong technical nous. The role brief is to retain and grow profitable business and drive the growth of their liability / casualty / professional lines portfolio.

The role

• Actively engage the market for new business opportunities
  




• Compliment new business activities with sound technical underwriting knowledge
  




• Manage international and domestic broker relationships
  




• Underwrite primary and excess layers
  




• Develop and execute portfolio strategy
  




• Underwrite exposure to diverse industries
  




• Underwrite corporate & multinational risks
