About us

Busy boutique practice in Sydney's Inner West looking for a enthusiastic Licensed Conveyancer to join the team comprising of Managing Director, Licensed Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant. Office located in Glebe close to public transport and amenities.

Flexible hours / days

Qualifications & experience

Candidate will be required to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role;
Hold an unrestricted Conveyancing Licence;
Excellent computer skills;
Proficient in both LEAP and PEXA;
Highly organised
Able to work autonomously on files
Attention to detail and presentation
Able to work with minimal supervision

Tasks & responsibilities

You will be responsible for residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. Tasks include but not limited to taking instructions, preparing and reviewing contracts and reporting to clients, negotiating contract amendments, arranging exchanges and all matters from exchange to settlement
