About the Role

In this hands-on and rewarding role, you’ll deliver fun, engaging lifestyle activities that help residents feel connected, valued and supported.

Alongside some aspects of personal care, you’ll spend meaningful time with residents — getting to know their interests, supporting their wellbeing, and creating activities that bring enjoyment to their day.

Please note: This is a casual position. Internally, this role is known as Personal Care Worker – Wellbeing.

Experience & Skills

• Experience as a PCA, or previous experience in a Lifestyle role
• Interest in lifestyle, wellbeing or activity-based work
• Ability to engage residents in meaningful activities
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to follow care plans and resident preferences
• Team player with a collaborative approach
• Genuine passion for resident wellbeing
• Certificate IV in Lifestyle & Leisure (or similar) highly regarded
