In this role, you will transform raw data and dealer feedback into high-velocity insights that drive profitable growth, safety, and regional performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  Lead an Expert Team: Develop an autonomous, international team split across four clusters: Agriculture, Construction, Mining, and Circularity Solutions.

  Generate Insights: Oversee market research, digital listening, and needs-gap analysis to identify customer preferences and humanize target audiences.

  
  


• 
  

  Influence R&D Strategy: Provide evidence-based recommendations to prioritise R&D investments and align product roadmaps.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, while managing a strategic Customer Advisory Board.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred) .

  
  


• 
  

  15+ years of progressive experience in large-scale manufacturing, automotive, or heavy machinery environments.

  
  


• 
  

  Proven expertise in market research synthesis, strategic executive reporting, and cross-functional consensus building.

  
  


• 
  

  Located within the LAPAM region with a willingness to travel 70-80%.
