If you’re looking to be part of a team driving the latest food trends across Australia, we have various permanent and some casual opportunities available for experienced and qualified Chefs working both Casual and Full Time rosters out of Brisbane regions across our Energy & Resources portfolio of sites within Queensland.  There are also a number of Chefs required to work Full Time across multiple sites on offer!

Who are we looking for? 

If you have a passion for food, thrive in fast-paced environments delivering food to the highest standards, have strong interpersonal skills and love working alongside a team, we want you! To be successful, you’ll need: 

• Australian Citizenship or Full Australian working rights

• Trade Certificate, Certificate III in Commercial Cookery  

• Food Safety Supervisor Certified

• Previous experience in mass-catering environments (volume cooking) 

• A strong understanding of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness (HACCP)

• Strong cooking and food preparation skills including knife skills are essential 

• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts in a Remote environment 

• Ability to undergo a Pre-employment Medical and National Police Clearance.
