Are you a master of logistics with a passion for live events? We are seeking a talented and experienced Trucking Coordinator to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering unforgettable live experiences!

Working alongside our Tour Trucking Manager your responsibilities are:

- Coordinate transportation logistics for live events, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of trucks.

- Collaborate closely with event planners, vendors, and drivers to ensure seamless execution of trucking operations.

- Optimise routes, manage load capacity, and maximise efficiency while adhering to safety regulations.

- Monitor real-time updates, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure on-time delivery.

- Maintain clear communication channels, both internally and externally, to facilitate smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations of drivers, assess their compliance with protocols, and address any training needs.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trucking coordination or logistics, Interstate Linehaul experience a MUST.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

- Proficient knowledge of transportation management systems and software for effective routing and tracking.

- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders, including drivers, event planners, and clients.

- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to unexpected changes.

- A passion for live events and a keen eye for detail to ensure flawless execution.
